Have you ever tried to assemble furniture without instructions or sometimes even with instructions (looking at you, IKEA®)?

You stare at all the pieces trying to figure out which ones fit together, and in what order; finally picking what seems to make the most sense and then finding out that it’s facing the wrong way when you’re almost done with the rest. Or, in some cases, giving up halfway through because it’s so frustrating.

Navigating life after a brain injury is infinitely more complex than furniture assembly, and while a brochure or handout will never be a catch-all solution for each person and family’s needs, they can provide a starting point for people to refer to in their journey.

Your support helps provide informative handouts and materials like the Guide Working with Individuals with a Brain Injury or our Resource Facilitation brochure free of charge to individuals and families who've been affected by a brain injury.

$50 provides one hour of intake and information services for an individual or family affected by brain injury.
