What is Brain Injury Resource Facilitation?

Many individuals with brain injury need assistance beyond rehabilitation in order to successfully participate in their communities and live a quality life. When they contact the Brain Injury Alliance of Nebraska, our resource facilitators can help them and their families identify and access information, services, and supports to make informed choices and meet or exceed their goals. With proactive and timely support, families can avoid crisis, loss, and failure.

  • Intake & Referral

Serving as a point of contact for families and individuals seeking assistance from the BIA-NE.

  • Case Management

Developing a personalized plan that includes setting goals, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes for those needing more than just referrals to other services.

  • Awareness & Education

Networking with community providers and service systems to educate others about the unique needs of those with brain injury.
